Roawenwood: Design & Craft

Today’s little thing to do is half experiment and half oohh I wonder how many people really read these things anyhow?  I’ll bet you didn’t know that Roawenwood has a few satellite spots, little stores or places I rent to get my name out there and support other areas besides my main store.

Well this week I’m sending you off to travel a bit, down the winding path and to one of my other spots.  Surprising huh?  It’s just a small parcel of land that I rent at the Hunters Cove Merchant Isles.  It really is a good place to rent, the people are lovely and if looking for someplace to get your feet wet it isn’t a bad place, plus you get to share space with other vendors that can end up driving traffic to your place too.

So off you go and you know what you can try to win while there?  A not yet released piece of furniture that I have every intention of setting out soon but hadn’t quite yet.

It is being released in 6 colors, so keep your eyes peeled later on.

This is an awesome piece, low prim MLP driven set of cushions that have A LOT of options from a lil kinky fun to some much needed snuggle time.

There has been a special MM board set up at my Hunters Cove outlet with a target of 200.  It will be out today and tomorrow only, so get your friends together… get slap happy, and see if you can win it.

While figuring out what I wanted to put into the lucky chair for this month I stumbled across my latest camisk set.  I started out with just a color or two but it kind of got bigger so now it is six different color combinations.

The Feliz Camisk set is in bright holiday colors swirled with gold throughout the fabric.  Each one comes with a sculptured prim underbust sash that has a bow at the back.  The sash has texture change so you can change it to one of three fabrics… green, gold, or red.  Also included is a set of prim skirts made out of sculptured prims.  It can be worn with or without the skirts…

The best part is?  Out of six colors three of them are in the lucky chairs.

Snowy weather has struck much of the grid from what I’ve seen and there’s a few out there who like to live amongst the northern climbs.  For you I have something a little different to set up and have some relaxing fun in the snow.

Ice Fishing.

A small sculptured pond with room for up to four people to set around the edge at a time.  Two relaxing spots, and two fishing spots each with a different fishing animation.  Embedded and adjustable so there are no poseballs but no loss of functionality.

It is small enough and light enough in prims so that most can use it without any problems.  An included bucket of fish is separate so you can decide to use it or not.  Right click to sit, then click for the menu to choose which spot you want to sit on… click the stump to receive one of two fishing poles, one for one fishing anim…. the second for the other.

It’s Wednesday!  That means I’m wrackin my brains to think of something…. today I decided to do something a little bigger. I’ve done a few different things and today well…. I decided to wander my store and mark down regular inventory items down to 0L$.

About 10 different items have been marked down from their normal prices to ZERO lindens through today and probably part of tomorrow as is my general custom.  I don’t sweat getting down there to change everything back right away which usually benefits all of you.

This does not count or include normal freebies that I have sprinkled around the store.  I don’t know how many realize but sometimes I put out freebies in the store in different areas.  What fun is it really to put things all around a nice neat little sign clearly marked ‘freebie’?  Sure I have a few up there but scattered there are other little things like……… a snow man sittin on a fence, a couple of winter cottages, a glass of milk (lol hey not everything is big).

The notice was sent and I’ve seen people wandering!

Yay!! Another month has slipped by without me barely realizing it.  Lots going on around the store, and I went picking the winner for this past months contest!

Each month Roawenwood has a contest where you click the lil sign at the landing point… put my place in your picks, and then wait… on pins and needles to see if you can win a prize of 2000L plus a 2000L store credit!!

This past months winner was Misae Silverfall!!   Congrats!!

I love doing this stuff.  It’s so much fun.

Remember… Each month the list is wiped clean and we start all over.  On the last day of the month I will draw at random a winner and send out another notice.  A new winner will be drawn around December 31st.
