Gitana Rigged Mesh Corset

I have two new outfit types…. and one I think is confusing folks a little even though I do label the box, I think I’m going to have to add an extra label or two.  It’s a rigged mesh corset.  The great thing about mesh is that it moves with the body.  This corset is so neat.  It attaches to the hand because the corset itself is already rigged to the SL avatar, so it doesn’t matter which attachment point it is on really… you could change it to anything and it will still sit on the correct spot.

Secondly, the viewer.  If you’re not using a viewer that can see mesh like the LL viewer or something like Firestorm then all you are going to see is a bunch of funky textured balls and no corset.  I know for a fact that viewer issues is one of the big reasons why mesh hasn’t been a huge BOOM on the grid yet.  People don’t want to switch, they like their Phoenix, they like their _insert viewer name here_.  To be entirely honest I don’t even really use a mesh enabled viewer all the time.  I’ve worked with mesh some with a couple outfits and things but when it comes down to it I retreat back to Phoenix for ‘everyday’ use.  The corset looks very cool, and I have one in the Lucky Chair even because I thought it’d be a nice lil present.

The corset is named Gitana and it comes in some very harvesty autumn like colors along with a couple others.  Purple, Red and White, Red and Black, White and black, Pumpkin, Pumpkin Plaid,  and the one in the lucky chair is Harvest Plaid.  Each corset comes with alpha layer to hide the parts that aren’t supposed to show which reminds me – not EVERYONE will be able to wear this outfit happily.

One thing about rigged mesh clothing is that it can come one size fits ‘most’, and that’s what we have here.  I only have the corset in one size unfortunately so what that means is there is a DEMO for you to try it out beforehand to see if it will fit your avatar the way you like.

The second outfit that I did up is a very stringy lil thing.  Not a whole lot to it, which of course shouldn’t be a surprise for anyone who has known me too long.  I like to show off the body often enough, a new set of silks called Yeira.  The silks come with skirts, shoulder drape for the back, top & bottom, bracelets, armbands, and anklets.  It covers everything but has lines drawn across the body to show off the hips, belly and breast quite nicely I think.  Coming in four different colors… Red, Black, Silver, and Purple.  The RED is in the Lucky Chairs for now even!  Very nice hmm?

Last but not least I redid a chore.  The Butter Churn has been one of those favorite little things people like to pick up.

In the slow but steady evolution of my chore line I added some accessories, redid the permissions, and added an extra animation.  I have been rounding out and making the chores a little more for different reasons, partially if you’re going to spend your hard earned lindens you should feel like you’re getting a little something extra in some ways.

It’s the first, which means I like to update this anyhow but also because of the start of the hunt it’s -perfect- timing.  I left the Faylinn outfit in there for now but added two other little accessories in honor of the color scheme and hunt theme.   There’s a pair of wings, and a new set of leggings.

I’m going to get my backside around and do the 60L weekend sale again too so you have that to look forward to if all this isn’t enough.  Other than that… I am not sure what else to say.  I stayed up wayyyyyyy too late trying to get things done for the hunt, and things will be shifting and changing throughout the month!!  Take care and have a great rest of your week!

The major part of this release is like a Gorean or Medieval Laundromat!!  It’s such a neat fun idea isn’t it?  A communal laundry.  *laughs* Ok, maybe not -the- most fun but I know that people do like to rp in groups, and this opens up a new thing for people to explore.  Can be a laundress, the cranky washerwoman… or just have a spot in the town where people can work together, gossiping and sharing the days news.  That was the idea anyhow.

The Washerwoman’s Laundry Shed; has washboards for three people to do their laundry in the basin and also includes accessories to go with… a couple of rugs, laundry baskets, a hidin spot, wadded up clothes and some seating crates.  The crates have 5 embedded animations for lounging or taking a break.  Since all of it is copiable you can change it around or make it how you want to look.  The shed breaks away from the mold a little bit from my other sheds being done mainly in stone, I wanted something a little different, this felt nice… solid and sort of homey in a way.

Now if you are looking at the display in world you’ll see a couple things tucked inside the shed.  Made up a new ironing table, and something new… folding clothes!  You know I really despise folding clothes in real life… Desperately so and I hesitated to add that kind of torture to Second Life but I figured someone might enjoy the rp.  So there’s that… buy the full set with the shed, folding clothes, and the ironing table in world for a discount.

The rest of the main release this week is the revamping of previously released laundry sets.  I redid the Hanging Laundry chores lowering the prim count, retexturing and shading the sets and making them copy/mod like the rest… the other big thing is I have combined the single clothesline and the double clothesline into one pack so you can pick or choose which one you want to use without spending a ton of extra money.  The double line has room for two to work, while the single is well…. singular.

There are two sets of Laundry Scrubbing sets.  The first is a revamp of the long time favorite and the other is a set that includes BOTH standing and kneeling laundry chores.  I think I did it this way because well, when I was building it it looked cool together… and I thought it would be another way to give you more bang for your buck.  Along with being able to have more options.  I think it works out.  I’ve added in some laundry baskets, rugs, that sort of thing to help add a bit more to it too.

I also revamped the kneeling ironing chore… This one is always a little tricky to get right for some reason but I think I did.  You know it’s funny… I totally am sitting here scratching my head wondering what the hell I was thinking.  I mean really, that’s an awful lot of laundry gear.  LOL!  But then again I suppose it works out, everyone has their own idea of how they want this sort of thing and hopefully I’ve been able to come up with a few options.  People like options.

As I phase out old chores either redoing them or just changing their permissions things will be replaced or retired.  So I don’t burn myself out on them I’ve been doing them in stages so far.

Every so often I get an inquiry asking me if I ever have considered making branding equipment or if I have some.  In general the question has been answered, “yes I really want to but I just can’t seem to get it right.”  Well recently I fiddled with the idea again and have something for you.  I’m considering it an addition to the blacksmithing supplies in a way so I kept it within theme of that set.  I may do a more standard rack type or something but this could be used in various places I think.

It includes the log to bind the girl to that gives ropes to wear, a set of 6 different prim brands for decoration, the brazier, and the greenery that is pictured at the base.  Unlinked so you can pick -n- choose what you want to use where.

·!¦[·      MERMAID TALES - COLAB CREATION KITS!     ·]¦!·

This is a new project that I decided to become a part of.  Every two weeks a theme is given to a group of creators.  Some create full permission kits, and some create user content which all sort of work together in collaberation.  I am creating consumer kits.  This rounds theme was Mermaid Tales.  

Things sold during these rounds are always priced between 20L and 60L!

Soooo merfolk rejoice I have a little something for this round.  It just so happens too that someone awhile back did ask me if I would do some mermaid related items.  I have intentions of adding to the line and making up a few things in the near future to go with it.  So that should be a bit of fun hmm?

Gorfest is still going till the 17th and my tent is down there. And there’s the hunt that goes with it, I have three coins out at my place with gifts in them for it.

The Three Moons Hunt started this week.  A Gorean themed hunt  though the things I put in my gift can be used by folks who like to RP in other places too.  On the blog for the hunt it will probably have a picture of one of the items in there but because I don’t like giving away what’s in a hunt prize I also added a second that WON’T be listed on the blog.  So neener, need to come down to see what it is.
The Midsummer Nights Dream hunt is still going till the 28th, July 22nd I’m going to be a part of a hunt that looks like it might be a little different.  More of a puzzle to be solved.  I’m curious to see how it goes.  I’m supposed to have two things for that.

I got into the creative spirit and decided to work on a very simple silk type outfit.  Semi-transparent crop top, and skirts float around the girl giving her a feminine appeal without going over the top.  None too ragged they can be worn whenever, accented with an included belly jewel… I just love showing off the belly.  Available in three colors:  Rose, Golden, and Blue along with a special Sage color in the lucky chairs.

For AGES folks have been asking me if I would ever consider doing some physician or healer type things.  I didn’t get around to it but then very recently I was asked again if I’d consider making up a small shed or shack thing to go along with the rest that has become something of a line without it meaning to become one.  I started with the bakers things and it just…. boom, kept going.  Now we have another one!  A Physicians Outpost!  Rather rugged, a small building outfitted and accessorized.

Created a whole new build with shack, desk, examination table, recovery cot… accessories, wash basin.  It all looks really great together and is set up at the moment near the landing.

Ever want to role-play out going or coming from the market?  Have a garden but wanted to bring along your tools?  Well I decided to start a new line of pull carts so you can enhance your role-play.  Each one works like an AO with walking and standing animations so you just wear it from your inventory.  Each comes with filled and empty versions of the cart.

I finally got the landscaping, outdoor and seasonal area around a little bit better.  At the very least, well enough that I’m willing to mention it.  It will go through final tweaks and things will be added but if you are curious you can take a quick look.  I’m going to be placing outdoor furniture and things over here along with plants as I make them.

The lavish kennel I released awhile back is what got me to thinking about it.  Along the front of it there was an area that was left open.  I fiddled around with baskets and different small vanities thinking that the feel of the kennel was a place to ‘live’, to sort of be when not in service.  With that in mind it seemed like someone who had such rich apartments might also have a place to get ready to see their owner or to remain well groomed.  It would seem logically that one who is meant to be kept in such finery would also be very careful of how they look and are presented.  I had half thought of releasing it all together but then realized that it could also stand alone.  Either added to the kennel if one chose or something for a corner somewhere within their home perhaps.

The set comes with various accessories.  A little plant, pitcher, folded cloths, and perfume tray.  It has 10 animations for the individual, and then 4 sets for two.  The sets for two include gossiping, lounging, relaxing, and then the hair brushing.  The 10 singles anims vary from brushing your hair, to shaving, to journaling even.  I figured why not.  Combining and making it interesting, more depth and giving more opportunity for you.

I really like it.  Rich colors, nicely detailed, it rezzes props for different positions.  For example a full make-up set is rezzed when you are working with the anims for lipstick etc.  It can be tested at the main store.  I will probably place it with the grooming and bath things, and perhaps a box over near the lavish kennel display on Splinter’d.  It does go with it rather well as an added accessory.  The whole thing is copiable.  Inventory loss lately has been running rampant with customers so this is sort of a new thing… but one I think that will make it easier.  Now I just need to get some vendors set up so you can gift or give to other people too.

As a promotional introductory special I went and put the grooming furs into a limited buy vendor box, 15 copies of it will be sold at half price but only 15.  After that it locks down and you’re going to have to get it at full.  A very good deal, and never know when it will run out so if you are curious or want it… should check it out.

Last week I released a fun little camisk type number that borders on the too cute for me.  I called it Daisy Mae, it’s available in pink, yellow, and blue with another color… a silvery grey in the lucky chairs at the moment.  I may or may not sell the silvery one.  I haven’t decided but for now until I do it is in the lucky chair. It includes the camisk top, cute lil ruffled panties, short babydoll skirts, and sculptured socks to wear.  The socks have a part that are on the alpha layer that viewer two compatible viewers use, though I did include a shoe form for people who don’t use one.  But you should find something that uses alpha layers if you can.  It really is one of the good things that has been tossed out there.

Along with this as an added yay! thing I went and placed the second half of the Livia Gown in White & Silver on the marketplace.  (The other half is in the lucky chairs and won’t be sold)  However the fun part is… I discounted it (Only 145L), and it will NOT be for sale in world.  It is only available on the marketplace.

I’ve been keeping terribly busy, continuing to bring you what I can… and actually getting a lot accomplished.  A new hunt… the Darkness Inside started a lil bits back and I have a prize out for it.  There’s another starting the 16th that I am a part of too.  So keep your eyes peeled for that.

A week or two ago I was approached and asked if I could work my magic to create something I hadn’t really thought about doing before.  A lavish, lush, opulently bedecked slave kennel.  A large cage for the large house or estate that has silks, satins, rich rugs and furs draped throughout.  Well… why not.  A challenge of sorts to see what I could come up with.  The result looks pretty good.  @ Splinter’d displayed in the courtyard at the base of the ramp.

Has to be seen really, the depth of coloring is really nice. Deco items are kept unlinked from the main structure so you can rezz or derezz what you wish to save on prims or add on.  Pillows etc are mod so you can add animations or whatever you want.  The main couches have animations, along with animations in the kennel furs for two.  Technically with the way it is set in display there is room for 4 to sit at once.

·!¦[·    BACK TO SCHOOL!    ·]¦!·

I know it is technically getting close to the end of the school year for most folks, but I’m in denial so I’m sending ya’ll back.  I like to think of myself as the purveyor of fantasy goods and what a fantasy I can conjure if I decide to.  Technically this is another requested item… I was approached because they just couldn’t find what they wanted and who am I to deny such a devious frame of mind?  This is definitely a naughty set… meant to be fun.  ONLY @ Splinter’d and on display.   Fair warning… these pieces are for a modern environment and not the usual rustic type things that I make up.  I like to be a versatile kinda gal.  There’s quite a few pieces to the set.  I’m only going to attach the pic for the full set but if you travel down you can see each piece up close and personal with details.

The teacher’s desk could be used in different areas, just don’t use the globe heh.  Each piece has unique animations or sets so that even if you get the whole set you really won’t have the same static stuff creating a well rounded role play environment.  The student desk has single desk type anims along with some naughty couples fun.  Each one carefully selected to give you the very best I could come up with .  Spanks, discipline, some bondage… aftercare, sweet cuddles, sex…. you want it and it’s probably in there somewhere.  If you’re looking for a school type set you HAVE to come look at this.

Each is copy/modify/no transfer so you can have lots of fun, or bigger classes!

I’ve been making chores since before I can remember really… a big part of my place, and a lot of fun for me to create.  Doesn’t seem like it would be does it?  I guess I like accessorizing and doing little things that make a scene really intricate.  Obviously I guess and I don’t like half assing it so every once in awhile an old favorite or one that I just am not particularly happy with gets an overhaul or redone.  This week I basically took 6 different chores and combined them into two… then I went ahead and redid the spinning wheel.

The spinning wheel I revamped the scripting making it so it turns on and off when you sit or stand up.   I like that trick.  Yanno… this is going to sound funny but it’s always bugged me whenever I used a script where you had to click on or off and then it’s left on…. spinning, and spinning, and spinning…. *coughs* ya, so well now that won’t happen.  I also got my grubby lil hands on a new animation.  It’s much smoother, and realistic looking.  I changed out a couple of the sculpts (wheel looks much better), and I also redid some of the texturing so it is shaded better.  More up to standard with my current releases than it was prior.

After that I tackled the other ones… the sewing and knitting stuff.  See… these were all done separate.  There was a rustic knitting stool, a sewing stool, a sewing pillow, a knitting pillow. a sewing and knitting pillow etc etc.  Part of the reason was because I released them as I obtained the appropriate animation.  Didn’t have all of them when I started…. the sewing stool is one of my first chores, and I added as I went.  Also well… I dunno, I guess I got real focused on making all of them have their own little look.  Granted they’re along the same lines so I thought about it… why not combine them?  Save on prims, give extra things to do, make it worth the money.  So the sitting ones are now appropriately in a stool… the kneeling or sitting in a set of pillows.  Each now have knitting, sewing, and needlepoint animations as well as a few sits for relaxations sake so you don’t ONLY have to do work while setting there… just if you’re of a mind to.  In each set when you choose the appropriate animation it will give you the props that you need to role play or enjoy your time spent.

I didn’t stop there of course… you know me, never quite happy without the details.  Balls of yarn, rugs, and a couple different sewing/knitting baskets have been put in with each set so you can accessorize (or not) to your hearts content.  Granted having ALL of the lil accessories out gets prim heavy BUT the stool and pillows are only 4 prims so you can go big or stay itty bitty since I keep all of them separate for you.

ALL of the updated and replaced chores are now at the very least copy/no transfer.  The spinning wheel is copy/mod/no transfer.  I was thinking about it and while I know that things have changed a little… we have to make our lindens stretch a little differently, as well as inventory loss crap on occasion.  This might help alleviate some of that.  ALSO it makes it so if there IS an inventory issue I can just replace it!  No problem!  Weeeeeeeee.

When I do updates like this sometimes I do a trade in special.  Let ya’ll find the old versions moldering around in your inventory, trading them in for the newer versions.  Which in some instances is a really sweet deal.  Details for this are available through the update list…. so if you’re a part of that you should have all the info’s you need in the notecard you got yesterday.  If you’re not…. awww, why aren’t ya?  I’m good for it, honest!  Regardless, past notecards can be obtained after joining the list by making a lil trip down there.  Course, I -do- have to remember to give it to my in world store group too.

So there you have it, a few new things to tempt, taunt, or otherwise titillate.

So I made up a cute little bench type thing, lush cushions, and thick mattress with a very sweet animation set.  The girl sitting on her guys lap feeding him chocolate covered strawberries.  First she picks one up, nibbles on it and then feeds him before leaning in for a soft kiss.  Awwwwww.  Embedded animation the bench gives a tray and strawberry to wear when needed.  I have a few other things out.  I marked down one of the Ilsa kirtles (chocolate colored, ha go figure), a reading rug… a sub stump, have to see that one to know what it is I’m not tellin but basically a few other lil things to have some fun with.  I haven’t decided what I’m going to release tomorrow though I was thinking that something along the lines of chocolate might be in order since we’re kinda workin a theme here.

Last weeks release was a bit more…… twisted.  A Bond Circle, and Slaver’s Pillow set thing.  You know I really didn’t know what to call it so I guess we kept it simple.  Both of them have a 9 part sequential set of animations that can be used one after the other to create a scene or you can choose the one you want to really focus on.  The sets work well by themselves so you don’t have to be confined in your role play.  This is one of those sets where when I place the poses I tilt my head and just…. “ok, now that is a rather interesting notion isn’t it….”  hehehe  Delightfully deviant it moves through a scenario starting with a man grabbing at and subduing a woman, putting her to her knees… having her pleasure him with her mouth, take care of him and then ending with him holding her in a rather loving animation set conquered.  Quite the forced fantasy which I think has great potential if you want it.

The Bond Circle version consists of a ring of rocks with very nicely shaded dirt/mud in the center…. it can be used in northern Gorean villages, or in out of the way forestry type places… well really wherever outside, the set includes ferns, trees, a couple stumps and a log so you can decorate it up too without just having the circle.  The greenery is unlinked so you can move it, or pick it up even.  Kind of thought it could become something a little different that way.  The Slaver’s Circle is a roughneck kind of version with a distressed canvas type rug, shaded and wrinkled up with a couple rings of pillows.  Very simple but done nicely to give depth to a room, slave house, dungeon… I kept it pretty basic so it could be used wherever hopefully…

That was the big one.  I did also release an outfit… since the Bond Circle thing got me thinking Northern Gor I made up a kirtle type thing but it isn’t really all that conventional.  I like it… been wearing it myself, in two colors.  Black and Red.  I wasn’t liking any of the other colors I came up with so I stuck with those.

Not sure where I am at at the moment…. I have some upcoming plans for the store that are going to probably shake it up a bit…. but don’t worry, I haven’t given up on ya’ll yet.  Have a great Tuesday, get down here and pick up your discounted items…. and I’ll talk to you soon.

Each bed also has low lag texture change script for the coverlet.  The Timberland has 17 different quilts, fur/leather, and stitched blankets to choose from.

The Carriage House bed has 11 different quilts or blankets to choose from.  The stitched leather just didn’t seem to fit this one.  Think I babbled enough, look at the pics for info & take a peek.

There’s been other things going on around the store… the Gorean Grid Hunt has wrapped up… the No Place Like Home Hunt is still going strong.  I’ve been putting in some other hunts that I’m going to be doing in the future… keep your eyes peeled for announcements and things.
