Woot! Friday. It’s here!

I always try to have a few releases around friday and this week is no different. This one is a bit out of my norm, a prefab. I don’t do these very often but I got into this kick, making gardens and things this past month…. so I came up with a walled garden. It’s really quite pretty, I called it “Tranquility Walled Garden”.

It is copy/modify so you can alter, have more than one, expand or even take away pieces. I tried to set the linksets to make for easy customization whether you want to save prims or just have it different than I set up. The lanterns, fountains, trees, flooring, fencing/walls, and gates are all done separately so you can pull them not using them at all… or alter to suit.

It’s about 25×25, decent sized and weighs in at 155 prims total for all of it. The trees have texture change, each have 17 different leaf textures so you can have it switch with you during the seasons. Autumn colors or spring or summer. The fountains are very pretty I think and the whole thing just feels peaceful. I have a tp to where it is rezzed down at the landing point at the moment… it’s tucked alongside the furniture buildings and will probably stay there for now at least.

I released the lanterns that are on the side as a separate set too because I just really like them. They’re 6 prims apiece, look like a lot more and have smooth sculptured lines. Distressed a bit, a lil rusty… gives a very nice atmosphere to a space… soft glowing light, and the flame can be turned off with a click. Very simple but classic I think. They are available on Xstreet too.

I have a couple sets of work or role play sets coming out real soon. I have to work on getting the posters done. I also have a few sets of clothes coming out. My Naughty Bits camisk reloaded so to speak, another camisk set that is shaping up nicely… and I have a winter thing I’m working on. Of course, I do have something that is rolling around in my head. I want to do something fancy for the holidays. I’m not sure what’s going to shape up but I’m thinking something delicate. I haven’t done anything really delicate in awhile so perhaps I’m due.

There’s going to be a fun holiday outfit set that I’m going to roll out just for something different. Not really Gorean but that’s ok… not everything has to be right? *winks*

Whew. You know reading all that, I’m tired already. I just can’t seem to sit still for very long.

Take care and talk soon!

The other night very late when no one was looking I put out something I have been working on in conjunction with some of my kitchen stuff. It is an interactive kitchen block. It has different scenes that can be rezzed, three different work animations (preparing food, kneading dough, rolling dough), and a rustic type appeal that could be good for just about anywhere really.

When you sit on it, you can choose which animation you want… click the towel for a prop if you need one, like the kitchen knife and then choose the scene you want to portray. From cutting meat, to veggies, to bread… kneading dough, and more all intricately created so you can have a realistic role playing experience. The scenes each load, deleting the one that is already there or you can choose to ‘clean up’ from the menu to have the prims picked up… so between sessions, chores, or scenes you can keep just the kitchen station at its low 11 prims sitting out.

The scene menu can be secured as well… owner only, group, or a free for all letting anyone access it. You choose.

It can be seen at my main location, I haven’t placed it on Xstreet or at any of my other locations.

In other news…. hehe, the Gorean Grid Wide Hunt is starting in just a few days. I’ve been working on something for it, an outfit but while in the process of making it, I end up creating a total of 6 colors for it. So now I’m not sure which one I should put into the hunt. I’m probably not going to release the outfit outright until after the hunt even though it is soooooooo tempting to put it out. It’s a sweet little number, sheer slave livery with a lil prim skirt along the bottom. Beaded accents and it shows up all of those lovely kajira curves. So if anyone out there is reading this, and wants to input what color I’ll include… help! *snickers* I made it in black, blue, golden, green, purple, and red. I’m tempted to be nice and go with the red… I haven’t decided. Or maybe I’ll taunt you all and make something else entirely!

Check it out… I’ll attach a couple pictures so you can have a look see.

The outfit is called “Volupia” after the Roman (from what I read) Goddess of Sensual Pleasure… how appropriate. I just was tickled by the idea and thought it fit.

As far as what else I’ll put into the hunt, I’m not sure. The last time I participated I put quite a bit in there… I don’t know if I’ll put in AS much but I do want to have multiple items so it isn’t just geared towards one type of individual… I like having something in there that appeals to more than just a slave girl for example.

Will update again soon… Take care!

Whew! The move went alright, we got our things delivered last friday so the house is a little bit better than it was. Without internet or TV or anything else it gave me a bit of time to get things settled in. Of course I still have tons and tons to do so I won’t be around online as much as I may have been in the past or might be in the future but at least I’m back. I got my internet and have begun working through the notecards, etc that were left. If you don’t hear from me and left me a message please please send me another one. I’ll get to them all as soon as I am able.

I did find a wee bit of time to work on a couple clothing sets while I was offline…. so maybe there will be an outfit or two coming out in the near future.

Can you imagine… leaning back amongst plush pillows, eyes closed while four women were around you caressing, massaging, and snuggling up to you… along the back two more women were gently fanning the air around you so you have a gentle breeze to calm you. Well… now you can have something like this in Second Life.

This week saw the release of the Sultan’s Harem Gathering Rug. This item is different in the sense that it has an animation set suitable for 7 people. Deep dark colored rug with sculptured pillows surrounding it, many of the pillows have singles sits in them so you can use the rug for everyday, even a sit that is suitable for a free woman. Click the rug and you can choose from two preloaded scenes. The harem scene where the pose set for 7 people rezzes. The poseballs in the harem set are set to temp rezz, I did this so the balls wouldn’t clutter up the scene if you didn’t have enough people to sit on each of the poses… I would like feedback from folks on using them this way. The second.. tea. A small table with a candle, tea set, and some food laid out ready for you to use while sitting on the single sits in the pillows. This versatility makes this rug perfect for many uses, from everyday to bathhouse and massage. You can also choose to not use either scene.

I also redid the Kennel Mat to have a fur on it, along with some threadier looking fabrics for the worn pillows for those who like to have furs scattered about instead of the mat. I do try to make things as versatile as possible. I redid the feeding bowls to have two animations in them now. The other furniture type release was a set of kneeling stocks. I have seen them around on occasion but thought it a nice lil addition… the kneeling animation has subtle movement to it, head and hands moving while the prisoner is on their knees. I think this adds a nice touch instead of being locked there stiffly.

The new chore/work attachment is a Mortar and Pestle. Doesn’t sound like much right? Well it is an avatar attachment type of thing like my one sweeping chore but this one is a little bowl, and a pestle that you wear… upon wearing it you will start grinding away at the contents within the mortar. The bowl itself has a texture change option so you can choose from different grains, herbs, or spices to be working on. This makes it great for kitchens, bakeries, apothecaries, or other role-play type environments. Since it isn’t a poseball set and an attachment you can wear it, and work anywhere you need. No limits and easy to carry about.

I’m in the process of working on a set of silks. They’re shaping up alright I think… sculptured top and skirt. Bronze and gold accents. I’m trying to figure if I want to add more to it or if I should keep it rather simple. For the most part I don’t like to overdo if it feels right. As it stands now this set is simple enough to be worn in general, not just as a special occasion piece. That might be the way to go for it. I’ll see what feels right.

I’ll wrap this up for now as I’m struggling my way through Hair Fair and will write again soon.

I haven’t sat down to write anything for a lil bit. The horror… the tragedy of it all. *heaves an overly dramatic sigh.*

Ok, I’m done.

Anyhow… I’ve been doing a -whole- lot behind the scenes that you may not have seen yet. The new store location is finally finally getting closer to being done, I’m moving product and getting it all set up. It’s a bit different than my previous build. Different buildings and feel. I have put a lot more work into the way it looks, hopefully it won’t be too difficult to navigate. Things are set up to be categorized somewhat… clothing in one area, furniture type stuff in another, work related and so on. Landscaping, trees and all of that intermixed with the rest in a pleasing atmosphere so you can almost feel like you strolling through someplace and not just a store.

Thank you so much for all the positive feedback I’ve been getting on the hunt items!! I keep getting nice little notes from people that appreciate the freebies in the grid hunts I have been a part of. I’m very glad that everyone is enjoying the offerings.

I have a whole lot coming up. With the opening of the new store build I’m going to have a special 50% board for groupies with items from around the store knocked down to 50% off!! I tossed around the idea of closing the open enrollment aspect of the group but decided against it. It’s hard enough trying to manage groups, and if you want to take advantage of a sale you should be able to. It’s like in real life, yanno all of those stupid cards you need to have for different grocery stores, drug stores, etc… if you don’t have the card you are S.O.L. on their sale. Well I didn’t wanna do that to everyone so I’m leaving it open enrollment. Take advantage of my sales when they come up.

New outfit coming out! New furniture! New stuff for your kennels! New chores! New Store! Coming soon!!

Whew! I need a vacation. lol

Byeeeeeeeeeeeee *winks*

Yesterday I had a rather large release, four brand new chores for your role playing pleasure. I was slaving away up in my workshop just to bring you something to do, aren’t I nice? Great for slaves, submissives, or anyone who wants to add a little atmosphere to their area. Of course they all are nicely detailed with embedded animations, no ugly poseballs on any of them!

Basically released a laundry set.. hanging clothes, washing clothes, and ironing. Along the way I also did a sewing chore… so I suppose that goes right along with the theme eh? Mending clothes? I might be a little bit punchy because I’ve had so much on my plate lately and I don’t think it’s going to ease up… BUT I wouldn’t really know what to do with myself if it did. I do prefer to have things to do than sitting around wondering what’s next. I have lots more things on the horizon, chores and furniture… along with a really really beautiful set of silks that I am going to release soon.

I have the prim work done, now I just need to get the clothing textures done for the PG layers and the ad work done. They really are lovely. Lots and lots of little jewels sprinkled all over the skirts, and jewelry. They’re lighter, probably that spring thing still has a hold of me but don’t worry, the next set that I am working on is going to be in darker colors I think.

I alsoooooooooo have joined an RFL team. I am going to be releasing one of the new sets of silks as an RFL only thing. I’ve wanted to get involved with the RFL in SL for the last couple years but it always seemed like I’d miss half of it or something came up. This year I really made sure to contact someone so I could. I have a kiosk set up at the main store, and I’ll be releasing things very soon for it that you can only get through the RFL vendors. I do the Relay for Life walk in real life every year, so it is no surprise really that I wanted to be involved in my Second Life too.

And if that wasn’t enough… I’ve also joined a grid wide treasure hunt for May/June. It’s the Through the Looking Glass Hunt. So keep your eyes peeled for that, I’ll add more about that later on. I’d like to get involved in more hunts if I can… they’re fun and a way to give away nifty lil things to people. I’m trying my hand at getting into the next Gorean grid wide hunt but I haven’t heard back from them.

I guess that’s it for now. I’ll do another update sooooooon!

With a mixture of… “OMG!! Oh no!!” and “That’s sooooooo cool!” I was reviewed by the Silks of Second Life Blog. I was rather shocked looking around their site the other day and noticed my store name along the links to posts. Ok, not rather shocked… I was very shocked. With trepidition I clicked the link to see where it led reading the post that followed. Thankfully it was positive, and yes even if it wasn’t positive I would have mentioned it. Someone taking the time to notice my place always deserves a nod. They reviewed my Tattered set back in January. Thank you so much for taking the time!!

So while I’m here I’ll post about the new outfit that I created too. It’s called Moyna, which means soft. The reason I chose that name is because the skirts just flow sooooo pretty around your hips and legs. Snuggly fitted sculpted prim waist band with silver accents sits low on the hips showing off the lower belly while wrapping around you beautifully and move delightfully as you walk, dance or shimmy your way through Second Life. Bra top included with two options, shirt layer and underwear layer.

One of the things you really can’t see in pictures with this skirt is the way the colors of the fabric shift and change as you move. The fabric is a variegated batik that has lovely tones that changes giving it new depth.

(sunset is my favorite heh)

New things coming soon!! I have an awesome furniture set that is in the works that I am soooooo thrilled with. It is broadening the line that I had already started with the bath house type furniture in grooming your property, and the hand washing stand. I will be releasing that this week probably.

On St. Patty’s day I am going to have some fun set up around the store too!

“Come here,” I said, ” and kneel here.”
She rose from the water, it dripping from her body, and came and knelt on the grass, on the bank of the small stream, where I had indicated. I took the comb from her and laid it to the side. I then took the brush and, kneeling behind her, began to brush out her hair.

It is not unusual for Gorean masters to comb and groom slaves, or ornament them personally, much as they might any animal that they owned.”
–Savages of Gor

Grooming your Property

Something a little different that I put together, and I have plans to create other versions of this. A small stump to place

alongside a river or within the woods with a very nice animation for you and yours. Gently grooming with or without a brush it is a caress as the Master takes his leisure. The piece is very reasonably priced, you can purchase it at my main location or through Xstreet.

I placed out a new gothic style corner bath at the front of my place this week as well.

In the works is also another version of the Tattered work silks/tunic/camisk set that I put out last week. This version will be the Tattered Slut. A crop top in two versions, patched or whole, a prim skirt that is barely there with copper, and dark steel accents. Thinly worked armbands with a bit of rag on them rounds out the outfit which will be reasonably priced just like the Tattered work set.

Working on getting the colors done up and the posters so look for them next week!
