March 1st!  Another month has slipped by way too quickly for me and it’s time to pick a winner for last months contest.

The winner receives 2000L and a 2000L store credit to be used on whatever strikes their fancy at Roawenwood.  If you’d like a chance to win all you have to do is come by the store, click on the board for the contest, place Roawenwood in your picks and you’re all set!  Each month the list is wiped clean and we start all over.  On the last day of the month I will draw at random a winner and send out another notice.   A new winner will be drawn around March 31st.

This month we’re goin a bit green with a special edition coloring of the Andromeda outfit.  It WILL NOT be placed out for sale so if you’re interested in having it then you’re going to have to come down and see if you get lucky.

I also threw a fun little item in there just to break up the monotony but you’ll have to come find out what that one is.

If you’re thrifty or just like grid hunts I  am involved in two at the moment.  Well technically one of them doesn’t start until the 3rd I think but I have my prim out, placed, and the gift inside already for walkthroughs and all… so you get a special heads up if you want to find it beforehand.  I know it’s cheating and all but well…… *shuffles her foot across the floor*  I won’t tell if you don’t.

The first hunt is the Wheel of the Year Hunt, it’s geared towards the Pagans in SL.  The second hunt is the Nature’s Hunt… this gift is a little less specific and I like both prizes quite a bit.  Signs/hints/what to look for are in the nets at my landing zone.

And the most ADORABLE bunnies you will see this holiday season.  They are just so cute.  I just had to share these lil guys with all of you, I know it is a little bit late to be putting out holiday themed items but well… I’ve never been known to be all that punctual so why start now yes?  There’s two… Fanny, and Fezziwig.  Fezziwig has a top hat skewed just so with holly on the brim, holding a small little tree that has a twinkly star on top.

Fanny well, she’s a little bit different… holding onto a brightly wrapped present for you, and a wreath set atop of her head.  They’re faces are animated… blinking slowly with a little wiggle to the nose.  I tell ya, they’re just so sweet it is sickening.  Almost too sweet for their own good.  I have them out in no copy/transfer version for gift giving, and copy/no transfer version for decorating.

Now onto what really will get your attention more than likely.  I put out THREE lucky presents yesterday with three different limited edition pieces for the holiday.  They’re the Holly Wench collection.  Brightly colored red and green… a dress, a set of silks, and an accessory set to wear with either one.

The dress includes a corset, top, undershorts and prim skirt.  The silks are barely there with holly decorating the nipples on the chest piece… and a set of prim skirts to match, rounding out the set is the accessories… bangle bracelets, and a choker to go with the whole thing.  Something a little fun for the holidays, bright and festive.  I hope ya’ll enjoy.

While figuring out what I wanted to put into the lucky chair for this month I stumbled across my latest camisk set.  I started out with just a color or two but it kind of got bigger so now it is six different color combinations.

The Feliz Camisk set is in bright holiday colors swirled with gold throughout the fabric.  Each one comes with a sculptured prim underbust sash that has a bow at the back.  The sash has texture change so you can change it to one of three fabrics… green, gold, or red.  Also included is a set of prim skirts made out of sculptured prims.  It can be worn with or without the skirts…

The best part is?  Out of six colors three of them are in the lucky chairs.

It’s Wednesday!  That means I’m wrackin my brains to think of something…. today I decided to do something a little bigger. I’ve done a few different things and today well…. I decided to wander my store and mark down regular inventory items down to 0L$.

About 10 different items have been marked down from their normal prices to ZERO lindens through today and probably part of tomorrow as is my general custom.  I don’t sweat getting down there to change everything back right away which usually benefits all of you.

This does not count or include normal freebies that I have sprinkled around the store.  I don’t know how many realize but sometimes I put out freebies in the store in different areas.  What fun is it really to put things all around a nice neat little sign clearly marked ‘freebie’?  Sure I have a few up there but scattered there are other little things like……… a snow man sittin on a fence, a couple of winter cottages, a glass of milk (lol hey not everything is big).

The notice was sent and I’ve seen people wandering!

Happy Hump Day!

Ahhh, the sun rose and the air was crisp.  I got up early with the intent of having a few hours of quiet time before everything got charged up for the day to get some stuff done and well… of course real life had other plans.

But still I proceeded to move forward and get everything done that I intended even if it was a little bit later than I had anticipated.  Today was HUMP DAY!  Yay!!  Wednesday has rolled around and Roawenwood didn’t fail to deliver once again.  Today was a Hump Day Hunt.  I had one item tucked away in a little pile of gold on the sim for everyone to find for this weeks bit of fun.  I wanted to do something besides another sale.  I know people look forward to them and all but you know getting a small little gift or something just for taking the time to come over is a great thing too.

I also had a HUGE release day.  TWO new camisk outfits, changed out the MM boards with new items, and new lucky chair stuff.  Whew!  Technically one of the camisks is the Naughty Bits set ‘reloaded’ and recolored.  I’ve had a few requests for other colors… finally getting around to it.  The other camisk set is Ravaged.  Ripped up a bit in patterned burlap, ropes criss crossing keeping it tied together, one with a modesty layer, one without… a thong panty is included for those who need it.   6 different color options.

And brand new in the lucky chairs:  I’m gearing up for the holiday season and figured I’d get a little bit of a head start for all of ya.  Have plans to add things to the chairs over the next month so I’ll update as more is added.  Last month we were wicked, this month we’re frosty.  A bit more feminine and for something a little colorful a pair of slippers with holiday flair.

With everything going on today it feels like I should be saying more but I’m tired.  I’m heading to bed and I’ll be around tomorrow to pick up the pile of gold, and raise up the prices on the Naughty Camisk (special 50% off for Hump Day).
