Yesterday and today have been rather hellacious for me in SL, tp’s been messing up, rolling restarts causing havoc… all sorts of lovely fun that we call our second life.  Yay right?

In the midst of all of this I did get a few things done… so here we go!

This week and through the weekend I’m extending a sale to all of you lovely folks and anyone you tell.  Now you know my place is pretty freekin big.  I can’t likely go and re-price everything… and well, for those who want to take advantage they can, for other people well… sshh, I won’t tell if you don’t.

Well…. now….. ·!¦[·      CUSTOMER'S CHOICE NEWNESS:  ROUGHENED NURSERY UPDATES!      ·]¦!·

I had a few customer requests this week… one of them I wasn’t able to get to because of all the SL issues I’ve been umm, enjoying… over the last few days unfortunately but this one I was able to.  I enjoy at times giving back to or working with folks, I can’t always do what someone hopes for but there are times I try.

I was approached about an addon for the nursery set I made awhile back… a playpen.  Nothing fancy, in fact since it is part of this set it is decidely not fancy however I said I would and so… I have but of course I didn’t _just_ do a playpen, I made a couple other things as additions.

One is a highchair… embedded within the high chair are two different animations so you can care for you little one.  A feeding animation, and a burping the baby animation.  Right click and sit to use… when you choose the feeding anim a bowl and spoon are given to you that you can wear.  �

The other addition is a second crib, a different version… the other is a small little thing, this one is a ‘normal’ sized crib but I went ahead and added some goodness to it.  Embedded with a menu and adjustable positioning there are two couples cuddle sets so you can dote over the crib and enhance your role-play as a proud mama or papa.

I have a lot going on that will be put out in here but this week I did an update.  The slave beds that I did… I was looking at them and realized they had some tired old animations in them that I had used before…. well NO LONGER!  I have some -BRAND NEW- stuff that I like a lot better, they’re in the slave house from last week too… but NOW the slave beds have not 7 but 13 different animations in there!  Crying, begging, shy, pouting, waiting around, kneeling, other different kneels and opportunity for role-play or just hanging around.

MM BOARD has been put up and another MINI MANIA board too, so now there’s two of those.  I plan on adding other things to the MM board as I get to it so they cycle through giving different prizes.

Remember this stuff is @ the Splinter’d section next door.

As far as other news…. a lot of the hunts I was a part of ended except for the Haunted Forest one, I have a few in December.  This month I’m focusing on ya’ll and my place catching up some I hope.  I’ll probably switch out the other boards, lucky chairs and what have you through the month as well.

I swore I would never do it.  There was a few lines and products that I always said I wouldn’t get into… and now….

I was coerced!  It wasn’t me, it was someone else!  Actually, I was asked and/or challenged…. baby furniture.  Oh my.  At my place?

Baffling… but oddly looks rather cute.  I’m not going to question it, and the response so far has been rather positive.

Here’s the deal… someone comes to me and says, “you know there isn’t much decent Gorean baby furniture out there… there’s some stuff over at xxxx but it’s all for the south, and then there’s stuff over at xxxx but ewww, no thank you…. wouldn’t you like to make something?”  Going on to describe their ideal and what they were hoping for.

See, coerced… arm twisted… it was brutal I tell ya.

I haven’t done a formal release through the list or anything yet but I have out a set of nursery furniture geared towards a more rough type.  Distressed wood and scuffed up a bit.

There’s a changing & bathing table, animated to change a baby, and to bathe… animated rocking chair and bench, both with three animations… one rocking the baby, and two female sits.  A furred throw rug with animations, kneeling and rocking the baby, along with a male sitting animation and female.  There’s a crib with a drinking horn hanging off the side (though the horn is not attached and can be left off, it was just because the person asking was a Torvie lol), and a side table.  It’s pretty low prim, 46 prims to have the entire set out.

A few weeks ago a customer came up to me and asked if I had ever thought of making something that could be used for lap serves in the northern parts of Gor.

I hadn’t really given it much thought but she was talking about how it was hard to find something good for that.  I think she was referring to and hoping for a bench of some sort for the long tables that most like to decorate with.  I kept the idea in the back of my head not really thinking a whole lot about it until the other day.  I don’t know why it struck me but it did and so I gave it a whirl.  Of course it’s my own brand of thing, and not a bench… I went for something even a little more down to earth and that could be used by just about anyone… not just those who prefer the cold of Torvaldsland.

Late late last night just as I was setting up the prim for the GGWH (which has officially started now and I have a few gifts in there) I released a set of pillows, and one set of sacks.  I made up a few different colors, and the sacks one is worn a bit.  It’s a low prim (only 3) set that has four sets of animations in it.

The male sits first and defaults to sitting cross legged on the top of the pillows, then the female sits where she defaults into a kneel before him.  He then can leave her there or he can click the pillows to have her up in his lap.  The set includes the default poses along with three in the lap type animations sets.  The first a kiss/intimate type where the girl can wriggle her way around, the second and third sets are more naughty with some pretty good hip action coming from the girl.  *laughs*

The pillows are set to copy!  I keep things reasonably priced I believe and you can toss these bad boys wherever you want.  Like I said… available in a few different color options you can come down to the store to test it out if you like.

This week I tossed around a few ideas for what I was going to release or do for my Wednesday thing.  I try to do things that I think will be of interest at the time.  For a better part of the day I had mulled over exactly what I could do for Mother’s day coming up on Sunday.  And then it hit me…. so simple really.

Breakfast in bed!  What woman doesn’t warm or melt when the one she cares for takes the time to think of her… bringing her a warm toasty breakfast, awakening her to the sweet company of those she cares about and giving her a few moments of soft fuzziness. So I set to it… working away up in my workshop and came up with a lovely piece that I am happy to release.  A tray with an embedded couples animation set.  The female sits back propped against pillows, headboard, what have you… her legs stretched out in front of her, tray over her lap while her S.O. sits alongside relaxed, arm over her legs talking to her.  What a fine fine thing don’t you think?  The plate has a yummy breakfast all prepared… eggs, bacon and toast with a warm muffin along the side.  Made mostly of sculpted prims it looks lovely… good enough to eat!  Touch the tray to receive a fork to wear… female sits first, and then the male.  No poseballs, and the sits are adjustable through menu.

My other release this week is a set of slave beds.  I have a couple over in the slave gear section but they’re older, use a texture change script that can end up being messed up if you reset it wrong so I finally redid them to something that I prefer a little bit more.  One of them even suspiciously looks like the furred couch/bed that I released awhile back.  Hmmm…. go figure.  There’s four of them, a couple basket types… a couple with the darker outside.  Most have texture change, either the linens can be changed or the basket or both.  One of the great things about it is firstly, it is a lower prim item.  7 prims for one of them and 6 for the others… then obviously the texture change.  Tons of options with those so you can decorate or personalize them a little bit more… then… I made them copiable!  TA DA!  I know, not a big deal right?  Well this is one of those items where if you have multiple slaves then you can let them have their own beds, or use them in a kennel… or stable… or wherever, it makes things so much easier for you the end user I think.  Of course the permissions limit so you can’t transfer but well… can’t have everything.  They’re very reasonably priced for a copiable item like this so come down and see.  Each bed comes with 7 different animations or poses from curled sleep to pleading.

That is about it for now… soooooo much coming up and out in the near future.  I feel a sim rebuild comin on and some brand new naughty goodness to taunt….. err… tempt you with.

Awhile back I made a slave shower.  It was kind of grungy, a pipe sticking up out of a platform… ugly really, perfect for dungeon or whatever but it was a little more modern looking than a lot of ya’ll liked.  A lot of people that I have come by my place like a more rustic look to things than a pipe with a shower head.

I had been intending for a very long time to create a pitcher pump styled set, just never quite got around to it…. that is, until now.  Made mostly of sculptured prims there is two new version types for your slave to keep themselves clean using the pitcher pump.  One has a basin at its base, tilted up with a small pool of water and a kneeling washing animation.  You can turn on water to pour from the pump with a click.  The other is like the shower, water droplets turn on when you sit with three different ways to wash yourself using two animations.

The third one doesn’t use the pitcher pump, it is a simple bucket with water at its base.  This one uses the kneeling washing animation… a low prim alternative that can be placed anywhere.  Inside or outside depending on what you are looking to have.

I’m thinking that between all of my recent releases with sponge baths, grooming and everything else that just about anyone can find something that will appease that need for their role play scene.  At least I’d like to think so.
