I want an Easter egg… I want an Easter egg….

Just a few days before Easter and a friend of mine made an egg painting set last week I think…. we both have the same animation so he asks me if I was going Egg Painting - Transferto make one.  I said nahhh… I got the anim but wasn’t really planning on making one.  After expressing disappointment about how he’d of liked to seen what I’d come up with instead, bantering back and forth… having some fun with it I wander off mumbling to myself about Easter eggs, and egg coloring.  I wanted to come up with something different… Of course, I drew a blank but that doesn’t mean I wasn’t going to at least make something up.  Was challenged so to speak and I couldn’t just let that lie there now could I?

While mine isn’t really super spectacularly special… it is cute and it is something a little fun.  The way I figure it with only a few days left before the holiday I would release it and leave the price lower than I usually would for an item like this.  Soooo you get to benefit.  I’m releasing the Egg Painting stool for 50L.

So that is just about my only Easter offering this year.  I did put out a cute lil pink bunny for my groupies at the landing point though if you’re interested.

Other fun and releases today too!  An EASTER EGG HUNT!!  I have 10 Easter eggs hidden out and around the Five-Blades sim at the main location.  10 gifts from around my store, some furniture, some clothes.  I tried to not make it too girly.  They will be out through the weekend, then I have to remember where I got them scattered about!  *laughs*

Today saw the release of a few furniture pieces too.  All a part of the same line but technically 5 different pieces.  A set of sponge bath and wash basins.  Each one has 3 different washing animations in it.  One female sponge bath animation… one male sponge bath animation… and then a washing hands anim.

Spongebath - Amberwood PIC Spongebath - Rough PIC

Three of them have their similarities though two are more ornate, while the third is more for rustic types.  The other two were done on stumps for camps and foresty type places.  The forest versions are lower prim, could be used outside of rustic type homes even instead of having indoor plumbing.  I think all have their place if chosen… could be used in infirmaries, for the green caste, in a home, lots of places.  Only limited by your imagination really.  Perhaps I’ll do a slave version… something more beat up.  You never know really…. but I do have a lot coming out soon within that genre anyways.

Some other fun and interesting facts hanging about the wood?  The Ostara hunt is ending today… tomorrow I’ll try to remember to pick up the prim.  The Nature’s hunt ends within the next few days but then the Virtues of Sin hunt starts tomorrow!  My sin was sloth and I think I have a pretty good item out there for it.  There’s a hint thing, and a feather prim ‘footsteps’ to point you in the right direction.

*Taps her fingers on the keyboard trying to think what else* Don’t forget the photo contest!  I’ve got some nice entries… would love to see what else people can come up with.

I guess that’s it for now, I’ll talk again soon.  Actually I will be VERY soon.  Since tomorrow is the first I will at the very least be picking the picks winner for this past month!  Yay!!

Till then!

Fezziwig - TransferAnd the most ADORABLE bunnies you will see this holiday season.  They are just so cute.  I just had to share these lil guys with all of you, I know it is a little bit late to be putting out holiday themed items but well… I’ve never been known to be all that punctual so why start now yes?  There’s two… Fanny, and Fezziwig.  Fezziwig has a top hat skewed just so with holly on the brim, holding a small little tree that has a twinkly star on top.

Fanny well, she’s a little bit different… holding onto a brightly wrapped present for you, and a wreath set atop of her head.  They’re faces are animated… blinking slowly with a little wiggleHolly Wench Dress PIC to the nose.  I tell ya, they’re just so sweet it is sickening.  Almost too sweet for their own good.  I have them out in no copy/transfer version for gift giving, and copy/no transfer version for decorating.

Now onto what really will get your attention more than likely.  I put out THREE lucky presents yesterday with three different limited edition pieces for the holiday.  They’re the Holly Wench collection.  Brightly colored red and green… a dress, a set of silks, and an accessory set to wear with either one.

The dress Holly Wench Silks PICincludes a corset, top, undershorts and prim skirt.  The silks are barely there with holly decorating the nipples on the chest piece… and a set of prim skirts to match, rounding out the set is the accessories… bangle bracelets, and a choker to go with the whole thing.  Something a little fun for the holidays, bright and festive.  I hope ya’ll enjoy.

Take care and have a great week!  Tomorrow is Wed. so I’ll be coming up with something for Hump Day.

The weather outside is…..

Furniture, Seasonal No Comments »

Ohhh ya, frightful.  It is COLD where I live.  My poor dog goes outside, starts shivering and tries desperately to run back into the house.  It’s almost comical in a way but she really is not a cold weather kinda gal.  hehe

Build a SnowmanIn the spirit of the season of wintry goodness I had a bit of fun creating a wee little snowman.  He’s this adorable lil guy with his hat and pipe leaning against him on the ground.  The reason I adore this is because its….. yeppp…. animated!  I get to sit down next to him, pick up a bit of snow and bring it back up patting him down.  I love building snowmen and I just couldn’t resist!  So I’m passing along the fun to you!  I also did a snow angel!  Woot.  The snow angel is copiable so you can make as many as you want, only 2 prims too.  They’re at my main store and the Hunters Cove store.

Late last night before I nodded off to bed I also released a brocade living room set.  It’s darker, black shaded rich brocade fabrics with black wood… the pillows are done in a similiar brocade in shades of purple and violet.  It really looks good I think.  There are multiple pieces of course.  A couch, love-seat, ottoman, two chairs, fireside rug, side tables, oil lamps and a vase with a plant.  The couch has sits in the pillows so you can lounge or hang around.  The love-seat has two cuddles and one reading pose.  All the poses are embedded into the pillows.  I like to keep poseballs to a minimum because they really are distracting and clutter up things.  Also add unnecessary prims to the build.  The chairs are the same build but one has 10 different singles sits embedded into the cushion that can be adjusted through menu.  Some male, some female… makes it a really nice chair for anyone’s home.

The other chair is a Lovers chair.  This bad boy has A LOT of stuff in it.  It could almost be described as a cross between a lovers chair and a bdsm throne type thing but all wrapped up in rich brocade fabric.  No one EVER said that kink had to be ugly or just leather.  This chair has 33 different couples sets plus 8 singles sits using MLP v2.  So technically you can lounge around or kick back without a partner if you want too.  It has 3 couples menus; Pleasure, Submission, and Enticement.  Pleasure is the cuddles, foreplay, and sexual stuff… Submission has 4 different spanks, flogging, 4 Master/slave type sits, and one Mistress sit.  Enticement is a rather naughty menu all by itself.  Three different dance/lap dance type animations, straddling the leg of the one sitting there or in between their feet.  The rest of the animations are the girl being quite exposed at the feet of the one watching.

The fireside rug is a black furred rug with brocade pillows matching the rest of the living room set.  It can be used by itself of course or as part of it.  It has 43 couples sets.  The sets in the rug and in the chair are all different, you get two very different pieces of furniture.  If you purchase both that comes out to something like 76 different ways to spend time with someone else… very nicely done if I do say so myself.

Anyhow… the fireside rug includes menus for Relaxing, Cuddles, Kisses, Foreplay, and Play.  The relaxing menu has massages, back rubs and spending time.  The cuddles menu of course is some very sweet and loving sets… and the rest of the menus are pretty self explanatory really.  Each one has a nice choice for you to share time in your Second Life with someone special whether you’re looking for something intimate or something naughty.

It’s quite the large set of furniture that I think would accent and be a nice addition to many different styles, see it in world to test and view as it should be.

Workin hard or hardly workin?

Chores & Work, Seasonal No Comments »

Friday I made a few releases but didn’t post about them.  This week has been different since family has been in town so I’m a little behind in a few things or distracted.  I got the latest version of Photoshop too!  YAY!  Of course, now I gotta crack that baby open…. I’m -really- wanting to get a graphics tablet, that’ll be my next big purchase.  Anyhow onto the more interesting news for ya’ll.

Three brand new chores!  Technically four but one is similar to the other.  First up we have for all the laundresses, and hard working ladies out there a new ironing station.  My first is a kneeling one, this one is standing with a largerIroning Chore v2 PIC table, draped linens, and a shelf with folded linens.  I’ve added in the package a laundry basket too that isn’t pictured on the box.  I know not everyone really identified with the kneeling one and this one is a lot less prims, only 9 for the table which helps for people who want to have this sort of thing out and about… but have to be careful.

Second is the kneeling washing dishes station that I had for the 25L Tuesday last week.  Nicely animated like my other chores, dunking your arms into the water.  Lots of dishes spread around and rustic type texturing.  I thought it would be great for camps and things like that since the basin is a tub.  That makes it a little unique in its own way.

Third and final chore release was a beating the rugs, and then beating the furs.  Simple styling, rugs or furs tossed up over top of the line, and a rug beater includBeating Furs PICed… just click to receive and then right click to sit and get to work.

All the chores have embedded adjustable sits so that you don’t have any ugly hover text… no extra poseballs to add to the prims and ease of use.

Beyond the chores I have been adding lil autumn accents around the landing zone.  Cornstalks, pumpkin patches, a scarecrow, straw bales… that sort of thing.  They all look really nice and have been created to give you something fun for the season or your farm.
