The boring but necessary stuff, store policies. In Second Life I try to be as fair as possible in all situations.

Delivery Issues

Second Life often enough has issues with transactions not going through, problems with vendors, or other little glitches that can lead to an unpleasant shopping experience. I will try my best to work with you if you have a problem with something.

In the event that a transaction does not go through and you do not receive your item please do the following:

Notecard me about any aftersales issues. In order to receive any undelivered furniture or items you need to send me a notecard with the transaction record on it from the transaction history accessible through your account page at the SL website.

www.secondlife.com > My Account/Resident Login (upper right corner) > Transactions History (on the left hand side in the links)

I may on occasion decline to replace items that are not delivered due to a Second Life problem. I will in general replace items that are transferrable the first time that you approach me, but I will not make a habit of giving out new items after that. Non-Transfer items will be replaced no problem at any time.

Returns

No Transfer Items

There are no refunds on no transfer items due to the limitations in the permissions system in Second Life.

Modify/Transfer Items

Item returns on transferable items may be done within 48 hrs bearing a check in my transactions history.

Modifiable Items

I have a “if you break it you bought it” type policy in place for modifiable items. If you unlink, mess with or break the script, or somehow ‘break’ the item I am not likely to exchange the item for a new one or make any refunds. Please be careful before altering or ripping apart your items.

Custom Work

I don’t usually do a lot of custom work because I have a million projects, and I tend to build as the mood strikes.  I can’t force the creative process very well and when I do sometimes it just ends up making a mess.  I am open to listening to ideas and will sometimes take on custom work, drop me a notecard with your ideas and we can talk.

Full Permissions Work

No, I do not sell my items with full permissions and I am not likely to change that stance.

Thanks so much for reading and patronizing my business in Second Life.
